　　The Chengdu FISU World University Games have captivated audiences around the globe as athletes from various universities compete in a spectacular display of talent and sportsmanship. Amidst this grand event, our reporter had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where they encountered a special resident named "Zhi Ma."

　　2017年出生于熊猫基地时，“芝麻”立刻吸引了照料人员的注意。这只可爱的熊猫被命名为“芝麻”，因为它嘴巴周围的小黑点与黑芝麻颗粒极为相似，增添了其独特魅力。

　　Born in 2017 within the confines of the Panda Base, Zhi Ma immediately caught the attention of caretakers. The adorable panda was given the name "Zhi Ma," which translates to sesame in English, due to the uncanny resemblance of the small black dots around Zhi Ma's mouth to tiny black sesame seeds, adding to the panda's unique charm and appeal.

　　然而，没人想到的是，芝麻会成为成都大运会的意外灵感来源。组织者发现这只熊猫迷人的外貌和个性正好契合了整个赛事的精神。因此，芝麻成为了成都大运会官方吉祥物“蓉宝”的原始创作灵感。

　　Little did anyone know that Zhi Ma would become an unexpected source of inspiration for the Chengdu FISU World University Games. The organizers found the panda's endearing features and charismatic presence to perfectly embody the spirit of the event. Thus, Zhi Ma became the original muse behind the creation of the Games' official mascot, "Rong Bao."

　　成都大运会将永远被铭记，不仅因为卓越的运动成就，还因为这个赛事与可爱的大熊猫“芝麻”之间建立的美妙联系。芝麻不仅展现了成都的特色，也彰显了这一盛会想要传达的团结、友好的精神内涵。

　　The Chengdu FISU World University Games will forever be remembered not only for the exceptional athletic achievements but also for the delightful connection forged with the adorable giant panda, Zhi Ma. Zhi Ma, serving as a symbolic figure, not only showcases the uniqueness of Chengdu but also embodies the spirit of unity and friendship that the event aims to convey.
